She then went to kitchen and brought out the wings herself. We thought the wings would then be delivered asap to our table but another 40 minutes went by before the waitress came by again and saw the third person still had not received his wings. The waitress said she was so sorry this happened and don't worry because she will have the manager take the wings order off the bill. minutes with nobody coming over to check we found our waitress and wanted to find out what happened to the wings. Last night 3 of us were there and the food for two of us came out in a timely basis but the third person's dinner, (order of wings) didn't come out. Usually go to Tijuana almost every Wednesday night after our basketball game.
